• Prior to commencing website creation, a processing fee of $150 will be charged.
• The setup fee is non-refundable in the event of service cancellation.
• Customers are required to remain with Encloudment Inc for a minimum of 13 months before considering site migration or self-management
If a client cancels within the initial 13 months, including the domain and website, all services will be terminated, and no refund will be issued. An Early Termination Fee (ETF) equivalent to 12 months of service, minus any months already paid, must be settled before domain and website transfer
Example: If a customer cancels in month 6 (having paid for 5 months), they must pay for an additional 7 months of service before transferring the domain and website.
• After 13 months, there is no termination fee for canceling the service.
• The website and domain can be transferred to another hosting provider for a transfer service fee of $49.99. Additionally, customers may opt for stand-alone services such as SEO, website maintenance, and content creation.
• During the first month, a subdomain in the format companyname.encloudment-staging.com will be used. After the initial month, it will be replaced with a custom domain chosen by the customer. If the customer owns their domain, it must be hosted on our web hosting for immediate use upon website launch.
